Anna Deye

Anna assists in mergers and acquisitions, leasing, real estate, licensing, and franchising, for a variety of different industries. She assists clients in various contract negotiations, restructurings, and strategic planning for small and medium companies as well as fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Gray Ice Higdon, Anna worked at the Louisville Healthcare CEO Counsel where she assisted with acquisitions and other general corporate matters.  Anna is barred in Kentucky as well as Indiana, and prides herself on counseling clients through every step of their business needs.
