Anna is an associate in the Business and Transactional Group with experience navigating complex business matters. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, real estate, loans, and entity formations. Providing strategic insight to clients across numerous entities, Anna negotiates key operational and real estate contracts, manages mergers and acquisitions, and advises on long-term goals and business positioning. She has worked with companies of all sizes ranging from small and medium companies to fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Gray Ice Higdon, Anna worked at Louisville Healthcare CEO Counsel where she facilitated acquisitions and managed general corporate matters. Anna is barred in Kentucky and Indiana allowing her to provide seamless legal support to both local business and larger multi-state corporations.
