Overview

Katherine works in the litigation group with a focus on business litigation. Katherine handles any business-related disputes including breach of contract, breach of non-compete agreements, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Katherine attended Centre College for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Anthropology and Sociology with a minor in religious studies. Katherine attended Wake Forest Law School where she became involved in the Expungements Clinic, the Black Law Student Association, and the Journal of Law and Policy. By graduation, Katherine had logged over 150 hours of pro bono service through the clinic, most of which were hours spent directly with clients from underserved communities.

Katherine has taken her diverse experiences with her into her practice where she prides herself on serving her clients to the best of her abilities, both in and out of the courtroom.
