With a background in electrical and computer engineering, Nash counsels clients in industries ranging from telecommunications and automotive technologies to artificial
intelligence and robotics. His practice emphasizes protecting emerging innovations while aligning IP strategy with business goals.
Before entering law, Nash worked for more than a decade as a telecommunications engineer at Nortel Networks, gaining hands-on experience in GSM, CDMA, and LTE systems—technical insight that continues to inform his practical, solutions-driven approach to IP protection.
