Megan is actively involved in leadership and mentorship programs, including Leadership Louisville. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as reading.
Dr. Megan Gibson is a Partner in Gray Ice Higdon’s Intellectual Property and Litigation groups. She is a registered patent attorney with a PhD in Biology, bringing a rare combination of scientific and legal expertise to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Megan represents clients across industries—spanning biotechnology, medical devices, agricultural technology, chemical compositions, and consumer products—in patent prosecution, inter partes review (IPR), and patent litigation.
