Josh began practicing law in 2014 after a non-legal career with a large multinational corporation. Before joining Gray Ice Higdon in 2025, he practiced at two large law firms, focusing on patent prosecution and technology-focused IP strategy.

His work includes representing a large industrial equipment company in a multinational acquisition diligence project and advising a large multinational technology company on diligence involving standards-essential patents.

He has written multiple law firm blog posts on patent topics, including artificial intelligence, and co-authored a published paper in the Sports Business Journal about the use of AI in sports betting.
