Marianna Markley is a member of the intellectual property practice group and focuses her practice on matters relating to trademark law. Marianna has experience advising and guiding clients through the selection and clearance of new brands to the prosecution and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations. She prosecutes trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and helps manage national and international trademark portfolios. Marianna routinely works with artists, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large corporations to achieve their unique goals with the protection and enforcement of their valuable intellectual property rights.
