A partner in the firm’s litigation group, Matt’s commercial litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes, including those involving breach of contract, trade secrets, business torts, and restrictive covenants, as well as matters involving intellectual property. With his practice being equal parts based in state and federal court, Matt has experience representing clients in numerous jurisdictions around the country. Matt also represents clients through all phases of litigation—from pre-litigation strategy dispute resolution, to trial and appeal—offering both practical business insight and skilled courtroom advocacy.
As a business litigator, Matt understands his clients are in the business of doing business, not litigating.
