Chicago Trial Win

The Gray Ice Higdon trial team obtained a jury verdict for its client, Sioux Steel, in a patent infringement trial in federal court in Chicago. The team was headed up by Robert Theuerkauf and included Brian McGraw, Megan Gibson, Matt Dearmond and Melissa Rennirt. After an 8 day trial, the jury found for our client on patent infringement and awarded damages of $11,400,000 and ongoing royalties. Great job team! The case is Sioux Steel Company v. Prairie Land Millwright Services, Inc., 1:16-cv-02212 (N.D. Ill).
